Your access to the iX Support Center
To use the iX Support Center, customers with a maintenance contract need a user account. This account will also give access to My imos, the personal data and license management online.
If you do not yet have a user account, please ask your imos Administrator for access data. You are the imos Administrator? Then you can apply for activation via the Account Request.
As soon as you have logged in, all content in the iX Support Center is available to you.
